Job Description
CSR is seeking a Customer Service Officer for Schofields to warmly greet customers and manage orders.
You'll respond to phone and email enquiries, assist customers in person, and ensure a positive, qualified experience while coordinating showroom activities and order processing in SAP.
This role runs Tue–Sat, 8:30am–4:30pm, with training provided and opportunities for career progression within our diverse team.
