As an Asset & Lifecycle Manageris responsible for the successful delivery of Project outcomes in our Truganina, Victoria site.
This will require preparation, planning, executing andcontrollingallaspectsoftheprojectand serviceassetseitherdirectlyorthroughdelegationwiththeon-sitefacility team.
Successful delivery requires monitoring and controlling of all assets within the corrections team through collaboration with site technicians, supervisors, engineers and managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintainandupdateassetmanagementplan
Developandprepareprojectoutlinesforlargecapitalandlifecycleprojects
Maintainandupdateassetdata,includingconditiontobepresentedtotheclient
Maintain up-to-date lifecycle forecasts for asset data and deliver the annual works plan per the Lifecycle Asset Management Plan
Manage and maintain spare parts schedules to meet customer contract requirements.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
At least 3 years relevant Asset management experience
Ability to successfully obtain clearance to work in a prison environment (essential)
Proven experience in facilities and asset management
Working knowledge of asset lifecycles and experience with condition assessments




Work history on large commercial sites or correctional facilities (Preferred)
Excellent computer skills and expert in Excel (desired)
Commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to identify technical solutions to customers' business needs
Excellent written and oral communication and negotiating skills
Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision
Flexible, and ability to work under pressure on a fast-paced workplace
A strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment
