Job Description
Anglicare Central Queensland is seeking a Support Facilitator inBarcaldine/Longreachto provide assertive outreach and timely psychosocial support to highly vulnerable participants who have experienced suicide attempts or suicidal crisis.
You will collaborate with clients, families and carers, delivering trauma-informed, recovery‐oriented support and facilitating referrals to community services.
