About the opportunity
The Senior ICT Operations Coordinatoris a key operational leadership rolewhich provides stakeholder-focused coordinationacross allTIQ sites,domestic and international.The role drives operational excellence through effective demandmanagement,ICToperationalandfinancialinsights, stewardship of the team's support queue,performance reporting, continuous improvement and delivery of technologyinitiatives,projectsandprograms.The role requiresthe ability toensurebusiness needs are translated into practical, customer-focused technology outcomes withbestpracticegovernance.
In this role, you will:
Coordinatethe day-to-day operations of theITDteam, ensuring work is effectively triaged,prioritised,allocatedandmonitored.
Establishand managereportingframeworks,dashboardsandperformance metrics to provide insights into ICT demand,serviceperformanceandresource utilisation.
Lead business improvement initiatives by analysingprocesses,identifyingefficienciesanddriving continuous improvement and organisational change.
Coordinate and deliver ICT projects and technology initiativesin line withbest practiceandQueenslandGovernmentgovernanceandrisk control frameworks.




Coordinateand manageresolution ofescalatedservice requests,incidents,enhancementsandoperational activities to support business priorities.
MonitorandcontinuouslyimproveITD'sservice performance,customersatisfactionandservice delivery outcomesin line with changing business needs.
Coordinateand collaborate withinternal teams,state and federal government entities,managedserviceprovidersandvendors tobuild effective and trusted relationships whichensure seamless and efficient ICT service delivery.
Provide and interprettechnical advicetodeveloprecommendationson ICTsystems,servicesandemerging technologies to supportorganisationalobjectivesandinnovation.

You are an experienced ICT professional with a strong background in coordinating technology operations, service delivery and business improvement initiatives within a complex environment.
You bring excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to translate data and insights into practical solutions while managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes.
