Key Duties & Responsibilities
n
n




Answering incoming and making outgoing calls to warm leads
n
Applying effective sales techniques to assess customers' needs and preferences
n
Maintaining regular communication with customers to establish and maintain a positive relationship (minimum of 3 hours of phone talk time per day)
n
Creating and monitoring a sales pipeline on our CRM system
n
Providing phone quotes and closing sales deals over the phone
n
n
The Ideal Candidate
n
n
Confident, quick-witted with no fear of talking over the phone & no fear of following up customers on a regular basis
n
Is not deterred by customer rejection
n
Positive, upbeat attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
n
Ability to listen and understand customer needs
n
Ability to use our CRM system and other web-based applications
n
Well-organised, well-spoken, and friendly
n
Having a good memory is paramount for this success
n
