As the Structural Landscape Leading Hand, you'll be the bridge between the design office and the client. You'll be working on residential projects, ensuring every retaining wall, deck, and patio is built to last a lifetime.

Key responsibilities

Run a team to complete jobs on time and on budget
n
Work on residential projects involving retaining walls, decks, and patios
n
Understand all aspects of structural landscaping, drainage, and paver laying
n
Read plans and set out jobs
n
Work unsupervised and in a team
n
Maintain high attention to health and safety standards
n
Finish all jobs to a high standard with attention to detail
n
Communicate effectively with fellow workmates and customers
n
n
About you
n
n
Certificate III in Landscaping required
n
Experience in running a team
n
Extensive background in all aspects of structural landscaping
n
Minimum of 2-3 years of structural landscaping experience
n




Experience with both residential construction and retaining walls
n
Clean full Driver's license
n
Honest and trustworthy with high attention to WHS
n
Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
n
n
