Position Detail
Role: Civil Works Supervisor
Location: Northam, WA (headoffice start each morning)
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday|6:30 am– 2:30 pm
About the Role
As the CivilWorks Supervisor, youwill lead byexample, promoting astrong safety culturewhile overseeing day-to-day civilconstruction activitiesacross multiple projectsites.
You willbe responsible forensuringprojects are deliveredsafely, efficiently, onschedule, and tothe highest qualitystandards.
Job Description
Supervise daily operationsacrosscivil construction sites.
Coordinate and allocatelabour, plant, andmaterials.
Lead site crewsto achieve safety, quality, and productivitytargets.
Ensure compliance withWHS legislation,environmental requirements, company procedures,



andclient expectations.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, variations, and programperformance.
Conduct toolboxtalks, pre-startmeetings, and siteinductions.
Maintain accurate sitedocumentation, includingdaily reports, timesheets, safety records, and plant logs.
Ensure plant andequipment are operatedsafely, with allrequired inspections completed.
Identify and managesite hazards, risks, and correctiveactions.
Mentor and developsite personnel whilecontributing to continuousimprovement initiatives.
Provide regular projectupdates and reportsto the WorksManager.
About You To be successfulin thisrole, youwill have:
Civil road construction and drainage experience
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisoryor managementrole within civilconstruction or infrastructure.
Construction White Card
Current HR driver's licence
Strong leadership, communication,and organisational skills.
A proactive approachto safety andproject delivery.
