What You'll Do
n
n
Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of a high-volume retail store
n
Lead, coach, and performance manage the store team to build a strong and engaged culture
n
Assist with achieving sales targets, gross profit, and operational KPIs
n
Manage team rosters to balance customer service, team engagement, and commercial outcomes
n
Oversee stock processing, merchandising standards, and loss prevention practices
n
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
n
Respond to customer escalations and feedback when required
n
Assume Store Manager responsibilities during periods of absence
n

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in retail leadership (Team Leader, Supervisor, Assistant Manager or similar)
n




Robust people leadership, coaching, and communication skills
n
Experience managing rosters, store costs, and operational priorities
n
A confident, hands-on leader who leads by example
n
Strong commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset
n
Resilience, accountability, and a solution-focused approachn
