Job Description
A unique opportunity exists for a full time Retail Manager to join our high-performing and dynamic Centre Management team. Add value by partnering with retailers, providing strategic oversight and leadership as 2IC to the Centre Manager.

What You'll be Doing
n
n
Develop positive connections with strong performing retailers within the centre and work with retailers that have trading issues
n
Ensure tenants comply with Centre rules along with the terms of their leases, licenses and permitted use
n
Promptly respond to customer/tenant queries and complaints
n
Conduct regular Centre walks, engage with tenants and customers proactively identifying or resolving critical issues
n
Participate in annual budgets and monthly forecasting, reporting regularly on centre performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues
n
Manage tenant direct income and expenses
n
Deliver the best customer experience and presentation standards in the centre
n
Initiate changes to improve shopping centre service level offering
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
Proven leadership where you can positively influence culture, drive accountability and foster a high-performance environment.
n
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret retailer performance, identify risks and opportunities, and make sound business decisions that support centre outcomes.
n
Deep experience in retail property, including lease compliance, retailer engagement, arrears management and navigating complex retailer strategies.
n
Strong analytical capability and attention to detail, particularly across financial reporting, retailer performance, compliance and administration.
n




An individual who can act as a genuine 2IC to the Centre Manager, providing leadership across the broader centre management team and contributing to the strategic direction of the asset.

A relationship builder who can establish credibility with retailers and stakeholders while maintaining high standards and driving performance outcomes.
