The Design & Sales Consultant role at Kings of Neon is a career‐starter position within the largest neon and premium signage supplier in APAC, with expanding operations across the USA. This is an onsite role based in Tuggerah, working with leading brands across Media, PR, Events, Hospitality, B2B and B2C.

You'll manage high‐volume inbound leads only, guiding customers through the full pre‐ and post‐sale process while building strong commercial and consumer relationships. The base salary starts at $62,000, and for the right person, OTE sits at $130,000+, supported by an uncapped commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound enquiry management across LED, neon and premium signage for both B2B and B2C
n
Customer design guidance including colours, fonts, sizing and layout
n
Pre‐sale support with quotes, previews and tailored recommendations
n
Post‐sale care ensuring a seamless experience for commercial and consumer clients
n
Commercial and consumer relationship building across Media, PR, Events, Hospitality, B2B and B2C
n
Event and tradeshow attendance representing Kings of Neon with confidence and energy
n




Cross‐team collaboration with design, production and operations
n
CRM discipline maintaining structured follow‐ups in HubSpot
n
About You
n
1–3 years' experience in sales, customer service or a creative/design‐related role
n
Strong interest in design, creative industries or events
n
High energy, proactive and eager to build a long‐term commercial career
n
Confident communicator with a warm, relationship‐driven style
n
Comfortable attending events, trade shows and client meetings
n
CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
n
Structured internal training across sales, design, product knowledge and CRM
n
External training through industry partners and commercial workshops
n
Opportunities for international travel, including USA market visits and client meetings
n
Explicit progression pathway into senior sales, account management or commercial partnerships
n
Uncapped commissions, plus very lucrative commission structure and annual performance bonuses
