Looking for a Senior Functional Acumatica/MYOB Advanced Consultant for a permanent role in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for MYOB Advanced.
n
Configure and customize MYOB Advanced to meet the specific needs of our organization, including setting up chart of accounts, workflows, and custom reports.
n
Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
n
Train end-users on how to effectively utilize MYOB Advanced, providing ongoing support and assistance.
n
Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, implementing enhancements as needed.
n
Maintain system documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and system configurations.
n
Stay up-to-date with the latest MYOB Advanced features, upgrades, and industry best practices, and recommend relevant improvements to the organization.
n
Collaborate with IT and finance teams to integrate MYOB Advanced with other systems, ensuring data integrity and smooth information flow.
n




Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to other team members on MYOB Advanced functionality and best practices.

Requirements:
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications in MYOB Advanced are highly desirable.
n
Proven experience as an MYOB Advanced Specialist or similar role, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
n
Strong technical skills in configuring and customizing MYOB Advanced, including chart of accounts, workflows, and custom reports.
n
Proficient in system testing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
n
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
n
Detail-oriented with a robust analytical mindset, capable of identifying process improvements and implementing them.
n
Ability to train end-users and provide ongoing support and guidance.
n
Knowledge of integration concepts and experience with system integration projects.
n
Familiarity with other accounting and ERP systems is a plus.
