This ongoing administration position is located at the St Paul's Campus in Altona North.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Recording and following up attendance at the St Paul's campus.
n
Reception Duties for visitors and those calling the College.
n
Provide Services for students at their Reception Desk.
n
Support the general office.
n

Emmanuel College is increasing in student numbers. We are a two campus College, our St Paul's single sex boys Campus located in Altona North and our co-educational campus located in Point Cook.

Expectations of Successful Applicant
n
n
Must maintain a current Working with Children Check and National Police Certificate.
n
Previous experience in a similar receptionist role.
n
An understanding of child safety and a school's obligations concerning child safety.
n
An ability to demonstrate an understanding of appropriate behaviours when engaging with children.
n
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
n
The ability to work within a team.
n
A willingness to accept policy directives.
n
Commitment to Catholic education in the Marianist tradition.
n
n
