Some of the key responsibilities include:
n
n
Formal qualifications in engineering, business or project management with experience in tendering, business development, procurement, estimating, risk and project controls
n
Exceptional influencing and communication skills including demonstrated proposal writing expertise, facilitation and presentations.
n
Manage the proposal process from kickoff to submission, ensuring deadlines are met.
n
Coordinate and support the preparation and submission of EOIs, tenders and proposals
n
Draft, edit and manage bid content, including developing new responses and leveraging previous submissions
n
Ensure all tender conditions are met to deliver fully compliant submissions
n
Support the development of benchmark responses and best‐practice approaches to tender questions
n
Coordinate input from multidisciplinary stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely and cohesive submissions
n
Support administration and ongoing management of the CRM system
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Relevant experience and/or qualifications in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, Commerce, Administration, or industry‐related disciplines such as Engineering, Project Management or Property
n
Demonstrated experience coordinating bids or proposals, ideally within construction,



utilities, renewables, rail or other safety‐critical environments
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
n
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
n
Strong capability across Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
n
n
