Our manufacturing facility and production team play an important role in the ongoing success of Daniel's Donuts. With our growing production operations, we're looking for an experienced Dough Mixer / Machine Operator to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

About the Role
n
Working closely with the Production team, you will be responsible for preparing and mixing dough according to production requirements while ensuring quality, consistency, and food safety standards are maintained.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Preparing and mixing dough according to recipes and production requirements
n
Operating and monitoring industrial mixing equipment
n
Measuring and preparing ingredients accurately
n
Checking dough consistency and quality throughout production
n
Adjusting mixing times and settings as required
n
Following food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures
n
Cleaning and maintaining mixing equipment and work areas
n
Completing production and traceability records
n
Working closely with the production team to meet daily targets
n
Identifying and reporting any production or quality issues
n




Supporting continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives
n
What We're Looking For
n
Previous dough mixing experience is required
n
Experience in food manufacturing or production
n
Experience operating commercial or industrial mixers is an advantage
n
Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards
n
Good attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
n
Reliable, organised, and able to work well in a team
n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
n
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
n
Working Hours
n
Monday to Friday
n
4:00 AM start
n
Full-time or casual opportunities available
n
Some weekend work may be required when needed
n
The early 4:00 AM start is an essential requirement for this position.
