The organisation has built a supportive multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, management and administration staff, with a strong focus on sustainable workloads, quality care and clinician support.

About the Role
n
An opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to join a community-based aged care team supporting Home Care Package clients across Melbourne's northern and western suburbs.
n
You will work with older adults in their homes and community environments, helping them maintain independence, safety and participation in everyday activities.
n
The role offers a manageable workload, with 4 to 5.5 billable hours per day depending on experience. An established administration team completes the initial paperwork, allowing you to focus more of your time on clinical work.
n
You will also receive regular structured support through weekly 60-minute one-on-one and group sessions, alongside a dedicated non-clinical day each month.

What You'll Need

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
n
Current AHPRA registration
n
Current driver's licence
n
Own reliable vehicle
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to work independently in a community setting
