Position Overview
n
Charter is seeking a full-time Consultant to join its Sydney Research team. Reporting to a Director, this position will undertake a broad range of consulting tasks, including the preparation of high-quality research reports and strategic advice for clients.
n
Core Responsibilities
n
n
Undertake comprehensive and innovative research and analysis to assist the team in delivering robust evidence-based advice to clients
n
Provide critical thinking and analysis on a range of qualitative and quantitative data sources and information
n
Prepare and develop high quality, comprehensive written reports, presentations, and other outputs
n
Attend client briefings,



document project parameters and provide ongoing consultation including in relation to timeframes.
n
Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and clients
n
Continue to develop property market knowledge and remain abreast of current financial and economic developments.
n

Position Requirements
n
n
Qualifications in Property, Economics or a related degree
n
3+ years Experience in a Property, Economics or Planning consulting environment
n
Extensive understanding of the national property market and its sub sectors
n
Excellent property market research and data analysis capability
n
Experience in client facing roles (internal & external)
n
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
n
Disciplined and organised with strong attention to detail
n
