We are looking for passionate and driven retailers to join our Dr Martens team for this Christmas season! You will support the Management team in driving sales, operational excellence and play an integral part in the store's success.

The Role & Responsibilities
n
n
Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product
n
Working part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
n
Processing large volumes of stock
n
Picking and packing click and dispatch orders
n




Assisting in maintaining the in-store operations including housekeeping VM & cleaning required
n
Maintaining a positive CAN DO attitude at all times to sell to our customers
n
n
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Bring
n
n
Full availability from October **** to Mid-January ****– specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & Recent Years Day
n
Previous retail experience preferred but not essential.
n
A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
n
The ability to work well within a quick paced and energetic team environment
n
Self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets & KPIs
