Dakabin Hotelis searching for a passionate and experienced Full-Time Bar Supervisor to lead our agile team.

What you'll be doing
n
Overseeing the daily operations of the Sports bar
n
Leading, training and motivating the team while fostering a positive and collaborative culture
n
Developing the teams through coaching, feedback, and consistent training.
n
Mentoring team through a hands-on approach
n
Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all our guests
n
Work closely with the team during peak periods
n
Assisting in the development of creative cocktail menus, promotions, and special events
n
Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing regulations and company policies
n
What we're looking for
n
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar bar supervisor role within the hospitality industry
n




Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
n
Excellent customer service and the ability to provide a high-quality guest experience
n
Proficiency in bar operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and stock control
n
A relentless drive for excellence and the determination to uphold and set consistently high standards
n
Strong attention to detail
n
Ability to work well under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment
n
Cocktail Experience
n
MUST have RSA and RSG
n
Be able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays a MUST
n
Full availability over Christmas and New year's period is a MUST
