Job Description
Finance Business Partner | ASX Tech | Commercial
Partner with senior leaders across the business to provide commercial insights and financial guidance that support strategic decision-making.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, challenging assumptions and influencing business outcomes through data-driven recommendations.
Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range planning activities to support business growth objectives.
Own the monthly forecasting process, providing clear visibility of performance against budget and explaining key variances and business drivers.
Manage and analyse divisional and company-wide P&L; performance, translating financial results into meaningful commercial insights.
Deliver insightful monthly management reporting, highlighting risks, opportunities, trends, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Develop robust business cases and financial models to evaluate investments, growth initiatives, technology projects, and resource allocation decisions.
Identify and drive opportunities to improve profitability, optimise costs, and enhance operational performance across the business.
Drive continuous improvement of financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and business partnering processes, leveraging systems and automation to improve decision-making.

CA/CPA qualified
Prior experience in a commercial finance role
Strong P&L; ownership and analysis
Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders
Robust communication and ability to influence
Advanced Excel proficiency, experience with BP, SAP and reporting tools advantageous
Commercial mindset with a curious approach

Competitive salary between $140,000 to $160,000 + super
Hybrid working model offering a 3/2 split
Permanent position based in modern Richmond office
