At United Forklift and Access Solutions, we're Australia's exclusive Cat Lift Truck dealer and a trusted partner of Haulotte and Konecranes, supporting customers across construction, mining, infrastructure, warehousing and industrial sectors. As our access fleet continues to grow, we're looking for a Field Service Technician to join our Richlands branch and become part of a team that keeps Australia's EWP fleet operating safely and reliably.

What you'll be working on
n
Forget spending every day in a workshop. You'll be out in the field servicing and repairing a wide range of Elevated Work Platforms, including:
n
n
Scissor Lifts
n
Boom Lifts
n
Knuckle Booms
n
Vertical Lifts
n
Other specialised access equipment
n
n
From scheduled servicing to breakdowns and diagnostics, no two days are the same.
n
What you'll bring
n
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.
n
Ideally, you'll have:
n
n
Trade qualification in Heavy Diesel, Mobile Plant or Automotive Mechanics
n




Experience servicing Elevated Work Platforms (EWP) or access equipment
n
Solid diagnostic and fault-finding skills
n
Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
n
Great communication and customer service skills
n
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
Service, repair and maintain our fleet of EWP and access equipment
n
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
n
Attend customer sites across Brisbane and surrounding areas
n
Carry out scheduled maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs
n
Complete service reports and maintain high safety standards
n
Deliver exceptional customer service every visit
n
