Your Role
n
As an Investment Banking Analyst/Associate, you will be pivotal in executing complex M&A; deals, capital raisings, and strategic advisory mandates. You'll work closely with senior bankers and clients, gaining frontline exposure to significant transactions and developing a deep understanding of corporate finance, valuation, and deal structuring.

Key Responsibilities
n
Financial Modelling & Analysis: Build and maintain complex financial models to support deal evaluation and execution.
n
Due Diligence & Research: Conduct deep-dive industry research, financial statement analysis, and competitive benchmarking to assess investment opportunities.
n
Deal Execution: Support senior team members in executing transactions, coordinating workflows,



and ensuring smooth deal progress.
n
Client & Investor Materials: Prepare compelling pitch decks, investor presentations, and transaction-related documentation.
n
Market & Industry Insights: Stay ahead of market trends and provide valuable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
n
Client Engagement: Work closely with clients, attend meetings, and assist in managing key relationships.
n
What We're Looking For
n
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
n
2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Valuations, or M&A; Advisory.
n
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
n
Strong communication and presentation skills – ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
n
A self-starter with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
Passion for investment banking, financial markets, and executing high-value transactions.
