Belgravia Leisure is seeking an Area Manager to lead five seasonal aquatic venues across South Australia on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
You will provide leadership, coaching and support to Venue Managers to deliver secure, high-quality operations and exceptional customer experiences.
The role focuses on developing teams, aligning KPIs with business goals and ensuring strong community engagement across Balaklava, Owen, Hamley Bridge, Burra and Eudunda pools.
