Housekeepers and Housekeeping Supervisor Required

Reporting directly to the Housekeeping Manager. You will have a positively charged character and are a person who is in alignment with the Claremont Hospitality Groups' vision and values.

You'll represent a positive working relationship with your colleagues at all times and have a strong work ethic and sense of urgency to complete tasks in a timely manner.
n
You'll be a good communicator and have a commitment to high quality work and efficient staff.
n
Prepare daily work assignments based on the reports from reservations system.
n
Assign duties to staff and ensure they deliver on your objectives for the day
n
Investigate and resolve complaints pertaining to housekeeping departments.
n




Issue disciplinary warnings with the Housekeeping Manager to staff who fall short of delivering on standards across cleaning.
n
Motivate and encourage staff to meet daily goals as you've defined based on performance whilst strictly adhering to allocated budgets and timing.
n
Be willing to perform any reasonable task within the general parameters of this role as directed by your Housekeeping Manager
n
Room Inspections; you'll be in charge of ensuring the rooms serviced for the day are of a high standard and prepared for the arrivals of guests.
n
Experience as a housekeeping supervisor within a hotel environment
n
Proven ability to lead a team of core members to execute the daily responsibilities. Be punctual, reliable, and well presented.
n
Team orientated but also able to work autonomously.
n
Ability to work well within a team and pitch in
n
Excellent and professional communication skills
