Job Description
Tandem Partners seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead a standalone, broad-generalist HR function for a ~150-employee operation.
The role is 3–4 days per week, based on Sydney's Lower North Shore, with an immediate start and a ~2‐month contract, supporting a casual workforce and advising senior leaders.
You will cover employee relations, investigations, performance management, recruitment, workforce planning and organisational capability, while maintaining a positive, compliant workplace
