Your Role
n
As a Hair Apprentice, you'll work alongside our experienced stylists, learning the foundations of hairdressing while helping deliver the premium service our clients know and love.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
n
Prepare clients for services, including shampooing, conditioning, and scalp treatments.
n
Assist stylists with colouring, cutting, styling, blow‐dries, and salon services.
n
Maintain immaculate presentation of the salon, workstations, and equipment.
n
Clean, sanitise, and organise tools in line with salon hygiene standards.
n
Ensure clients enjoy a relaxing, luxury salon experience from arrival to departure.
n
Attend and successfully complete all apprenticeship training requirements.
n
Develop technical skills through hands‐on learning and mentoring.
n




Assist with salon retail and confidently recommend professional home‐care products as your knowledge grows.
n
Support the team with daily salon operations while contributing to a positive and team-oriented culture.
