About the position

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Personal Injury Lawyer ready to take the next step in their career. You will manage a diverse portfolio of personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, public liability, workplace injuries, and TPD claims. Working alongside experienced litigators, you will enjoy a high level of autonomy while being supported by a team-oriented team culture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment and is looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of injured individuals.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a full caseload of PI matters from intake to settlement or trial
n
Conduct legal research, prepare court documents, and negotiate settlements
n
Represent clients in mediations and hearings
n
Provide compassionate and strategic legal advice to clients
n
Work closely with paralegals and admin support to ensure streamlined case management
n
n
Key Requirements
n
n
At least 2 years' post-admission experience in personal injury law (private practice)
n
Experience with plaintiff-side litigation highly desirable
n
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines
n
A genuine passion for social justice and client advocacy
n
