Hogan Care is looking for dedicated, compassionate Support Workers to join our team, delivering person-centred care across the Northern Suburbs, Eastern Suburbs, Western Suburbs and Greater Geelong Area.
You will support clients to achieve personal goals, assist with daily living tasks, maintain records, and follow care plans with empathy and respect.
Availability for flexible schedule, including overnights and weekends, is preferred.
