About the role
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the club during your shift, supporting and working with staff and ensuring our members and patrons receive a welcoming and professional experience.
Key responsibilities
Closing the club
Supervising staff and delegating duties during shifts but also working with them
Ensuring staff are providing excellent customer service
Monitoring responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and responsible service of gambling (RSG) requirements
Ensuring club policies, procedures and licensing requirements are followed while on shift
Handling customer enquiries while on duty and resolving issues professionally
Monitoring the cleanliness and presentation of the club while on duty
Completing end-of-shift procedures, including cash handling where required
Communicating effectively with management and other staff
Ensuring the safety and security of the club, staff and patrons
About you
Has previous supervisory,



hospitality or club experience
Has excellent communication and people skills
Is confident supervising and leading a team
Can work independently and make sound decisions
Remains calm and qualified under pressure
Has a strong understanding of customer service
Is reliable, punctual and well presented
Has a current RSA & RSG (Responsible Service of Alcohol & Gaming) certificate
Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
Previous experience as a Supervisor, Bar Supervisor or in a similar hospitality/club role is mandatory
