Role Summary
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and technically versatile Electronics Engineer to join our fast-paced R&D; team.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical micro-circuit layouts and live physical hardware deployments.
You will be instrumental in designing heavy-current multi-channel control relays, complex phase-dimming AC drivers, and robust wireless Bluetooth Mesh communication systems required for large-scale commercial structures.
As a forward-looking Australian business, we are committed to developing our domestic talent pool.
Therefore, the successful candidate will also take on a critical mentorship role, actively training and guiding local engineering graduates and junior technicians to help us build an elite domestic engineering team.
