Job Description
Gisborne Secondary College is seeking a Level 1 IT Support Technician to be the first point of contact for day-to-day ICT support across the College, keeping staff and student devices, software and school platforms running reliably.
Working within the College's ICT team, the technician logs, triages and resolves routine support requests, and escalates more complex or infrastructure-level issues to the College's specialist ICT technician.
