Mylestones in Bundaberg, QLD, is seeking a Support Officer for a 6-month maternity leave cover contract.
You will provide tailored support to people with disability to help them maintain long-term employment, working with clients and employers to identify needs and deliver on-the-job coaching.
You will document progress, provide feedback, and operate in a supportive, person-centred team.
A passion for people, robust customer service, and relevant checks (Blue Card, NDIS) are required.
