National Australia Bank is seeking an experienced Employee Relations qualified for a 6‐month fixed term contract to advise senior leaders on complex ER matters and investigations.
Location flexibility includes Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane, with a focus on compliant, commercially sound outcomes.
You will guide leaders through sensitive workplace relations issues, interpret enterprise agreements and policies, and support leadership capability with training and guidance on key ER topics.
