$95,000 to $125,000 + super + quarterly bonuses + $2,500 PD allowance

Full-time or part-time | Bibra Lake base + metro Perth outreach | WFH report-writing days

Sigma Therapies is a clinician-led practice in Bibra Lake looking for an occupational therapist to work with NDIS and private/self-funded clients across metro Perth. Paeds, adults or a mix, the caseload gets shaped around your strengths and interests.
n
We are not running a high-volume burnout model. WFH report and planning days are rostered in because positive OT work needs thinking time, not just back-to-back appointments.

Kilometre travel paid for all outreach

What you will do
n

functional capacity assessments and NDIS reporting
n




therapy and capacity building with children and adults
n
assistive technology assessments and applications
n
sensory assessment and intervention
n
home, school, clinic and community-based work
n
collaboration with families, support coordinators and our psychology and behaviour support team
n
n
What you will need
n
n
AHPRA registration as an occupational therapist, or eligibility before starting
n
a WA driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
n
strong report-writing and documentation skills
n
a practical, person-centred way of working
n
n
The advertised band reflects experienced clinicians. Early-career OTs are welcome too, with salary set to experience and structured in-house supervision while you find your feet. And if you are aiming at senior or clinical lead work, there is a real pathway here as we grow.
