Woods & Co is partnering with a well-established residential builder to recruit a Project Administrator in Melbourne. You will support Projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring documentation, approvals and administration are accurate and timely.

Working alongside experienced Project Managers, you will coordinate from tender setup to final close-out, manage costs, and keep stakeholders informed. This is a structured, long-term construction-administration role.
