The role
n
n
Represent Clarendon Homes at the display centre
n
Manage the full customer journey from enquiry through to signed contract
n
Work with greenfield, House & Land, Acreage and knockdown rebuild customers
n
Build strong customer relationships and deliver a premium sales experience
n
Confidently present home designs, inclusions and upgrade options
n




Achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-demand environment
n
Weekend work essential
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven experience in residential sales, preferably New Home Sales
n
Previous experience within a project home builder will be highly regarded
n
Strong understanding of the Southern Highlands market preferred
n
Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills
n
Results-driven, organised and self-motivated
n
Professional approach with a customer-first mindset
n
Able to thrive in a busy, high-performing display environment
