We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a high-performing delivery team focused on digital transformation, workflow automation, enterprise integrations, and cloud-native application development. This is a hands-on engineering role requiring solid expertise in backend development using .NET and AWS, while also contributing to frontend development using React.
n
The successful candidate will operate between a Senior and Staff Engineer level, contributing to solution design, low-level design (LLD), implementation, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise-grade applications supporting government schemes, mortgage/home loan processing, and workflow automation initiatives.
n
Skills required:

8+ years of software engineering experience.
n
Strong experience in enterprise Full Stack Development.
n
Proven experience working in complex enterprise environments.
n
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration skills.

Backend & Full Stack Technologies

Extensive hands-on experience with:

Strong understanding of:

Proven experience building and deploying applications on AWS.

Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and industry best practices.
n
Design and implement event-driven integration patterns and messaging solutions.
n
Collaborate with business, product, and engineering stakeholders to deliver automation and digital transformation initiatives.
n
Implement workflow automation, orchestration, and process digitization solutions.
n
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, scalability, reliability, and performance standards.
n
Support CI/CD implementation, DevOps practices, testing, release management, and production support activities.
n
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering team members.
n
Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
