About the role
n
JRT Group has existing and upcoming civil construction projects across Rockhampton and Yeppoon and is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team. If you have proven experience in contract administration, strong organisational and communication skills, and take pride in accuracy, compliance, and supporting successful project delivery, this is an excellent prospect to join a reputable local contractor.

Key responsibilities
n
Liaising with clients, suppliers and the Project Manager to ensure all project documentation is completed accurately and on time
n
Managing document control inwards and outwards, including construction programming, site procedures, safety plans and site induction requirements
n
Contact with site supervisors and Project Managers as required
n
Ensuring documents are prepared,



reviewed and approved prior to issue for use
n
Generating Quality Assurance documentation, including ITPs and drawing management
n
Scanning quality documentation to job folders
n
Liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers to request quotes and raise purchase orders
n
Managing contract variations and progress claims, uploading details to client representatives as required
n
General project procurement as required by Project Managers
n
Attending weekly meetings and recording minutes as required
n
About you
n
Proven experience in contract administration
n
Strong organisational and communication skills
n
Experience with MYOB Advanced & Procore (desirable)
n
Monday to Friday role
n
