About the Role
n
This position supports the ANZ Marketing team across multiple business divisions,



with responsibilities approximately split across:
n
n
70% Marketing Finance / AP Adminstration
n
10% New Zealand support
n
20% ISM (Installation Management and related activities)
n
n
You'll be responsible for coordinating marketing financial processes from purchase orders through to invoice management and reporting, ensuring compliance and timely payments.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage end-to-end marketing invoice processing and tracking
n
Validate invoices and supporting documentation
n
Coordinate invoice approvals with internal stakeholders
n
Resolve supplier invoice queries
n
Reconcile supplier statements
n
Process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
n
Maintain accurate PO records and process amendments
n
Manage marketing approval workflows through internal systems
n
Monitor marketing budgets and financial commitments
n
Prepare monthly finance reporting and supporting documentation
n
Support accounting requirements including tax documentation and reporting
n
Build strong relationships with suppliers, agencies and internal teams
n
Monitor outstanding accruals and marketing finance KPIs
n
n
About You
n

You'll ideally bring:
n
n
Previous experience in a finance administration, marketing finance or accounts support role
n
Strong coordination and organisational skills
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
Experience managing invoices, purchase orders or financial administration
n
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
n
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
n
A collaborative approach with the confidence to work across multiple stakeholders
n
Understanding of financial processes and controls
n
n
Desirable
n
n
Experience using APMS and/or GERP systems
n
Experience supporting marketing or commercial teams
n
n
