Pacific National in Melbourne is seeking an HSE Advisor to support local operations and rural sites, coaching supervisors to embed health, safety and setting processes. You will oversee critical risk controls at the Major Hazard Facility and partner with site leadership to drive continuous safety improvement.

You will deliver training, participate in audits, investigations and risk reviews, and monitor the effectiveness of HSE programs.
