Sports & Spinal Sippy Downs is looking for a passionate Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary team on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexibility for ***** hours per week.

Whether you're an experienced Exercise Physiologist or a new graduate looking to kick‐start your career, we'd love to hear from you. We're particularly interested in clinicians with less than 3 years' experience, but all experience levels are welcome to apply.

About the Role
n
This is a diverse clinical role combining individual consultations and group exercise classes, working with clients across a range of presentations.
n
You'll work as part of an established multidisciplinary team, providing evidence‐based exercise interventions to help clients improve their strength, function, independence and overall quality of life.
n
Your caseload will include NDIS and Support at Home/Aged Care clients, as well as a variety of other clinical presentations.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Delivering evidence-based exercise interventions across a broad range of acute and chronic conditions
n
Conducting individual Exercise Physiology consultations
n
Designing and delivering individualised exercise programs
n
Facilitating exercise classes and supporting clients in a group environment
n
Supporting NDIS participants to build capacity, independence and functional outcomes
n
Working with clients across the lifespan, including paediatric clients
n
Supporting clients with injury rehabilitation, chronic disease management and functional improvement
n
Providing education and lifestyle strategies that support long‐term health outcomes
n
Collaborating closely with Physiotherapists and other allied health professionals to achieve the best possible client outcomes
n

About You
n
We're looking for an Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about helping people improve their health, function and quality of life.
n
You'll be a great fit for the role if you're enthusiastic about clinical practice, enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team and are committed to delivering exceptional client care.
n
You'll have:
n
n
Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology
n
Current ESSA Accreditation (or eligibility upon graduation)
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Current driver's licence
n
Blue Card or willingness to obtain
n
Professional Indemnity Insurance
n
National Criminal History Check or willingness to obtain
n
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
n
