We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Inbound Call Centre team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service and enjoy working in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Handle ***** inbound customer calls per day, assisting with orders, product enquiries, and general support.
n
Respond to customer emails and follow up on enquiries promptly.
n
Perform administrative duties such as data entry, order processing, and maintaining accurate records.
n
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely resolution of customer needs.
n

What You'll Bring

Previous customer service or inbound call centre experience is helpful but not essential.
n
Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.

A punctual and dependable approach to work, with a commitment to reliability.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a supportive team.
n
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Pronto) or Zendesk is a bonus – full training provided.
