As an Casual Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide safe, evidence-based and person-centred care to patients across a variety of clinical settings.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Delivering high-quality nursing care within your scope of practice.
n
Conducting patient assessments and observations and escalating concerns appropriately.
n
Administering medications and IV therapy (Level 2 ENs) in accordance with policy and clinical requirements.
n
Contributing to care planning, implementation and evaluation.
n
Supporting patient admissions, transfers and discharge processes.
n
Providing patient education and promoting positive patient experiences.
n
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and effective handovers.
n
Participating in quality improvement, risk management and ongoing professional development activities.
n

About You

Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.
n

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
