Job tasks and responsibilities

Delegated responsibilities from Construction Manager;
n
Interpret building plans, engineer reports, specifications and NCC;
n
Set out common dimension and level control;
n
Check work and subcontractor performance in relation to company management system: site safety and environmental compliance;
n
To be aware of, identify, and bring to the attention of their supervisor any non-conformances with agreed and appropriate BMS procedures, quality, WHS, environmental;
n
Perform "productive" work, generally as a carpenter if required;
n
Prepare SWMS for non-general tasks if required;
n
QA check building works;
n
