Job tasks and responsibilities

Assisting to implement solutions to the complex clinical needs of Residents.
n
Supervising Care Staff as theyprovide personal care to Residents.
n
Indentifying and reporting Clinical issues.
n
Skills and experience
n




Applicantsneed to be able to exercise good clinical judgement
n
Applicantsneed to possess good communication skills
n
Applicantsneed to be assertive and provide clear direction.
n
Applicantsneed to work well in a team environment
n
It preferred that applicants have at least 12months experience in an Aged Care setting
n
