Wilson Security is seeking a Site Manager for Kwinana/Henderson to lead site operations and client service delivery. The role requires managing multi-site operations, mentoring security officers, and maintaining budget compliance while reporting to the Operations Manager.

You will liaise with clients, coordinate Rostering, HR matters, and drive continuous improvement across sites south of the River, with travel as needed. This is a full time permanent position.
