Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, and implementing policies and training plans.

Address general HR inquiries and offer support to staff.
n
Support managers with HR related issues and development.
n
Liaise with the Motor Traders Association on our behalf.
n
Ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards.
n

Requirements

Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
n
Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
