THE POSITION
n

Prepare, cook and serve meals in line with procedures
n
Apply catering control principles; food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning
n
Responsible for maintaining food safety documents
n
Stock control and rotation
n
Roster option A: 25 hours across Monday to Friday
n
Roster option B:



30 hours across Saturday to Wednesday
n

THE PERSON
n
n
Knowledge of food hygiene & OH&S;
n
Excellent time management, organisational, communication skills
n
Commitment to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture
n
Police check holder (or be willing to obtain a police check)
n
