As our full-time Barista, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coffee and creating a welcoming experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

Preparing consistently high-quality espresso-based coffees
n
Milk texturing and coffee presentation
n
Maintaining speed and quality during busy periods
n
Providing friendly and skilled customer service
n
Maintaining a clean and organised coffee station
n
Monitoring stock and assisting with day-to-day café operations
n
Working closely with our wider front-of-house team
n
n
About you
n
n
Minimum 1–2 years of proven barista experience
n
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines
n
Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
n
Strong communication and customer service skills
n
A professional, reliable and positive attitude
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Full-time availability, including weekends as required
n
