Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design
n
n
Lead end-to-end solution design for enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.
n
Define architectural blueprints, solution patterns, and technology roadmaps.
n
Design scalable, resilient, secure, and high-performance microservices-based applications.
n
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture designs.
n
Develop HLDs, LLDs, integration specifications, and architecture artifacts.
n
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
n
n
Technology Leadership
n
n
Provide technical leadership for Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices implementations.
n
Guide development teams on architecture principles, design patterns, coding standards, and best practices.
n
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
n
Drive application modernization initiatives, including monolith-to-microservices transformation.
n
n
Cloud & Integration Architecture
n




n
Design cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
n
Architect APIs, event-driven systems, and distributed application ecosystems.
n
Define integration strategies involving REST APIs, messaging platforms, and third-party systems.
n
Design containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
n
n
Stakeholder Management
n
n
Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, enterprise architects, and delivery teams.
n
Conduct architecture reviews and solution workshops.
n
Present technical solutions to customers, executives, and governance boards.
n
Influence technology decisions across programs and portfolios.
n
n
Quality, Security & Governance
n
n
Ensure adherence to architecture governance, security policies, and compliance standards.
n
Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, and code quality assessments.
n
Define non-functional requirements including scalability, performance, reliability, and availability.
n
Support DevSecOps and CI/CD implementation strategies.
n
n
Pre-sales & Proposal Support
n
n
Participate in solution estimation, RFP responses, and technical proposal creation.
n
Support customer presentations, architecture discussions, and solution demonstrations.
n
Contribute to effort estimation and delivery planning.
n
n
Required Qualifications
n
n
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
n
14+ years of experience in software development and enterprise solution architecture.
n
Minimum 5+ years of experience designing distributed and microservices-based systems.
n
Proven track record in leading architecture and design for large enterprise programs.
n
Experience working in global delivery and consulting environments.
