Job Description
Crown Resorts is seeking a Maintenance Transformation Manager to lead a 24‐month program to modernise the maintenance operating model at Crown Perth. You will define scope, roadmap, milestones and governance, and drive CMMS adoption with MAS 9.1.

You will coordinate cross‐functional teams across maintenance, finance and procurement, codify standards in SOPs, and establish KPI dashboards to monitor performance and cost efficiency.
